IBM Mainframe Development, Integration, and Support

HIME has provided services to the banking industry on multiple Mainframe related projects, providing both services and support. HIME implemented their DCC system on an IBM Mainframe for a headquarter bank and for each of its 39 branches. The system provides Saving Account, TD Account, TG Sales, RE, LN, CI, BK, CR, GL, CM, FT fund transfer, and XT foreign currency transactions.

Contract Process Control System (CPCS Project)
The CPCS will manage and monitor a contract from its initial conception until the contract is fulfilled. For instance, it monitors whether or not a deposit was posted and when the deposit settles in the account. When a production contract is entered, it will determine the start date. In addition, it can also determine the delivery times for each phase of a project. Fundamentally, the system controls each milestone during the execution of a contract. The CPCS system is a distributed system, with a remote database in Beijing and Shanghai. The data from the remote office is synchronized at adjustable time intervals, currently set for 2 hour increments.

Business Example:
Shindler is a French Elevator manufacturer, with many factories located in China. It needs a system to parse the contract and then distribute the work to different factories. CPCS serves this purpose.

System Integration - System, Networking, and Database Solution

Client: JiangSu Power Bureau

HIME developed and integrated it's monitoring application into existing centralized monitoring process to monitor more than dozen local existing IBM Tivoli Storage manager(TSM) systems across different business units under JianSu Power Bureau.

JiangSu Power Bureau is a business group which provides the power supply for hundreds of cities and counties within JiangSu province. The company implemented the IBM Tivoli application to monitor all local Tivoli gateways from the hundreds of subsidiary business units across this cities.

HIME's system consolidated and centralized the monitoring and reporting capability and was integrated into the existing system. This system monitors errors, storage usage (sending out alarm when the usage exceeds the threshold), and constant background monitoring. It also monitors other IBM applications that are in use such as IBM DB2 database server and Domino Server.
